Return, Correction, & Publication Policy
1. No Refunds & Final Sales
All advertising sales with Local Clip And Save are final. Because ad space and print layouts are scheduled and committed in advance, we do not offer cash or credit refunds once an order is placed.
2. Mistakes and Corrections
Advertiser Errors: If an error appears in a published ad due to incorrect information, typos, or assets supplied by the advertiser, no refunds will be given. Instead, we will provide you with another ad placement in the next available mailing.
Publisher Errors: If an error occurs directly due to a mistake made by Local Clip And Save, we will provide you with a correction ad in the next available mailing at no additional cost.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances & Force Majeure
Local Clip And Save is not liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in publishing or mailing services resulting from events completely beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Natural disasters (such as severe storms, floods, fires, or earthquakes)
Major utility failures, power outages, or severe technological disruptions
Postal service disruptions, local emergencies, or unexpected community crises
If an unforeseen event forces a delay in our mailing schedule, your advertisement is not lost—it will simply be scheduled to run in the very next available mailing once normal operations and safety are restored.
