1. Overview and Acceptance
Welcome to Local Clip And Save, owned and operated by Jennifer Rhea ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or placing an advertisement with Local Clip And Save, you ("Client" or "Advertiser") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please review these terms carefully before submitting any advertising materials.
2. Advertising Content & Campaign Restrictions
No Campaign Ads: Local Clip And Save strictly prohibits political campaign advertisements, candidate promotions, ballot measure marketing, or any political partisan advocacy material.
Content Approval: We reserve the right to review all submitted advertisements. We hold sole discretion to refuse, cancel, or request modifications for any advertisement that does not align with our family-friendly standards or violates these terms.
3. Policy on Mistakes and Corrections
Advertiser Errors: If an error occurs in a published advertisement due to incorrect information, typos, or assets provided by the Client, no refunds will be issued. As a remedy, we will provide the Client with another ad placement in the next available mailing at no additional cost.
Publisher Errors: If an error occurs directly due to a mistake made by Local Clip And Save, we will provide the Client with a correction ad in the next available mailing at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final: No refunds will be provided for advertising services once purchased or scheduled, except as explicitly outlined under our correction policy for publisher-side errors.
